Congratulations...for a job well done or on your retirement or for just about anything! This card was made with Stampin Up cardstock and colored with COPIC markers. The yellow bling is made with yellow Stickles and the brilliant blue was cut out with Spellbinder nestabilities. Have a fabulous day!
