Don't you just love rabbits!!?? They are another sure sign of spring and Easter! This cute little guy is from Stampin Up. It is one of my last two swap cards for this go-around. I used quite a few COPIC markers for this card: E11, E15, E17, E25, E31, E33, E35, E47, E71, G000, G05, G09, R32, R35, Y000, RV32, 0 colorless blender. I also used one of my new Nestabilities for the mat.
My last swap card is actually the Wendy Vecchi tulip card below.
I hope that you've enjoyed my swap as much as I have. I'm involved in two cricut classes right now so I won't being doing another swap for a while.

When looking for my purpose in life and needing direction, I chose to ask God. His response was: "You will find what you need if you look among the stars and within yourself." For He is there & everywhere. ...AW...

Wishing for Spring with Wendy Vecchi Stamps
Everything outdoors is still dead looking but at least we now have sunshine!! Yippee!! I know spring is on the way because the birds just started singing on Monday. It is time for everthing to begin a new. I'd rather have allergies than miss out on the beauty of spring!
This card is a watercolor paper card. I painted the background with my new Derwent Inktense pencils. After it was dry, I started stamping with my "Wendy" stamps. I also used distress inks on the edges. This card is for one of my swaps for "spring".

Copic Class Examples With Wendy Vecchi Stamps
I taught a COPIC coloring class last week and thought I'd share a few examples of what we were practicing during class.
The tulip on the far left was with just one base color on the leaves and tulip flower.
In this example I used: G40, G24, G28, R30, R32, R37 and the blue is Pale Porcelain Blue.

This photo the reds used on the left tulip were R30 &R32. The right tulip were R30,R32 and R35. The greens were the same as above.
I am going to cut these out and use them on a card or scrapbook page.

Sunshine On the Hills...
I guess if I named this piece of art it would be "sunshine on the hills".
Swap Topic: Button Card
I had to make this quickly since it's due in California by Friday and it will take at least 4 days to get there from here! I used nesties circles and one oval. I think next time I would just use my scissors so the hills didn't look so pre-formed. Oh well, it still came out sorta cute don't you think?
Have a great week!
