The picture of this art journal page doesn't really show you the depth and the "shiney" stuff like gold ink, glimmer mist, or the sparkly black dots at the corners. I started this in March and haven't been able to work on it until the last couple of weeks.
I applied gesso, acrylic paint in many layers, stamped images, and paint pens to this page. There are some butterflies in the background that are really hard to see.
Some day I'll get a light box to photograph my work and maybe all those things will show up a little better!
